Sadie has been trained in Trauma and is certified to help you use Yoga and your breathing for better focus and deeper breathing that will help ease your anxiety. Her passion and expertise will help you feel calm and confident as you approach each class. You can work through each class at your own pace and practice as much as you need to master each one. And since you will receive these videos in your email, there is no class to attend, no one else to distract you and no one else to make you feel nervous or uncomfortable as you start this new journey of breathing.

Start by focusing your breathing and getting it to slow and go deeper 

Week 2

Help your breathing take shape in your body

Week 3

Learn more advanced breathing techniques and use them to aid thoughts

Week 4

Use breathing to enhance the relationship of your breath and how to use it to fit your needs.

Week 5

Revisit previous techniques and add more advantaged steps to direct breath and calm thoughts.

Week 6

Learn how breath stills the mind and tie it together with Yoga Nidra, a deep meditation.
