Sadie has been trained in Trauma and is certified to help you use Yoga and your breathing for better focus and deeper breathing that will help ease your anxiety. Her passion and expertise will help you feel calm and confident as you approach each class. You can work through each class at your own pace and practice as much as you need to master each one. Learn more advanced breathing techniques and use them to aid thoughts

Use breathing to enhance the relationship of your breath and how to use it to fit your needs.

Revisit previous techniques and add more advantaged steps to direct breath and calm thoughts.
Week 6
Learn how breath stills the mind and tie it together with Yoga Nidra, a deep meditation.
